Self- Moderated and Moderated AGM: ScreenShare

During a Virtual Annual General Meeting it is typical for the property management group to share a power point presentation to the owners. This helps to keep the meeting on track with the agenda while also offering a visual for the owners absorbing the information. 

To share your screen please click on the green icon on your tool bar entitled "Share Screen"

There are a few items to note while sharing your screen. 

1. It is recommended to share the program instead of a screen. This way there are no pop ups/distractions. 
2. If there is a video in your PowerPoint that you would like the owners to listen to please click on share sound while setting up your Share Screen.
