Adding Additional Proxy votes

When an owner completes their proxy and gives the proxy the right to vote, we now need to re-weigh the votes.

This can be done in E-vote by first clicking "Edit Button" and then "Owner Details". From here you will see a numerical drop down under the "#of Votes" column. If someone is voting on behalf of another owner (named as their proxy with the right to vote) simply change the number from 1 to 2. If they are named more then once adjust as needed.
