Once the E-vote has been closed the Property Manager, and chair of the meeting will receive an email with reports from the E-Vote. The three reports are:
- Tally Sheet
- All Evotes (PDF)
- E-Vote Owner Report
Tally Sheet:
The tally sheet is very straight forward in giving you the exact tally of how many owners voted for each nominee.
All E-Votes PDF:
This a document that compiles all the official voting ballots of the owners. These contain the details of owners (their unique ballot Identifier/ Key) and their choices. Here is an example of a ballot.
E-Vote Owner Report:
This is a PDF document that contains the owners specific information. For example; email addresses, unit, full name and IP address. Here is an example.
