Amenity Bookings, Cancellations, and History.
Menu Navigation: Choose Amenity>Amenity Administration
Purpose: To Cancel/Approve/Decline Amenity Bookings, and to review the history of your Amenity Bookings.
Special Note: You can access Amenity Administration from any Amenity. In this example, we will use 'Party Room Booking'
1. Navigating to Amenity Administration
- Find Amenities; the location varies from website to website.
- Choose Amenity; we will be using the Party Room.
- Click on Amenity Administration; This will bring you to the Administration for ALL Amenities your team uses.
2. Approve/Decline Bookings
- Select the Amenity you wish to Edit/Approve/Decline
- Click on 'Requests'; Note, If you have already approved or declined a booking, the booking will not show up in this list.
- Approve or Decline the request as needed.
3. Deleting/Canceling an Approved Booking and Booking History.
Using the same steps listed above but this time, click on 'Bookings' to view approved bookings
- You can select "Show All", and this will show you all of the bookings scheduled in the past, and/or approved bookings.
- Click cancel on the booking line you wish to cancel. If an owner wishes to cancel a booking, they will need to contact the admin. Owners are unable to cancel their own bookings.
*Please note, you are also able to filter the dates in which you wish to look into.
